Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States. Express shipping is available for 2–3 business day delivery. International orders may take 10–15 business days depending on your destination. You can track your order status anytime from your account dashboard.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping is $5.99. Express shipping is available at $14.99 regardless of order value. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
You can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery by visiting your account's Order History section. Select the order and click "Return Item." Items must be unworn, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by going to Order History in My Account. After 1 hour, orders enter processing and cannot be modified. If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once it arrives. Please contact our support team if you need urgent assistance.
Don't worry — it happens! Contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp, phone, or email with both order numbers. If the duplicate order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund right away. If it has already shipped, you can return the duplicate order at no extra cost to you.
We're sorry to hear that! Please take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging, then contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. You can reach us via email, phone, or WhatsApp. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — in most cases, you won't even need to return the damaged item.
